If that didn’t help, you could try enabling the shortcut manually. Click on the Expand option to see the Bluetooth option. Maybe you’re not seeing the Bluetooth option because you need to expand the menu. When you click on the Action Center, you’ll only see four options at the bottom. But, if you see a message letting you know that the problem couldn’t be identified, then it’s time to move on to another method. Click on the to see what the solution is. The troubleshooter will display the problems it was able to find. Click on the Next button at the bottom right. When it’s open, type in the following command: msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic. Search for the command prompt in the search bar at the bottom, and when it appears, click on the option that lets you use it as an administrator. If you do see that message, you’ll finally know why you don’t have the Bluetooth option in the Action Center.
